Hi, I'm Starfi3h and I am trying to lose weight. I started to gain weight when I got married. Now no one explained to me that you gain weight in your married life. women's cycle
Ladies if your on your cycle, and you weigh yourself don't think you are not losing weight, it's just the water from your cycle, you are bloated, not gaining weight. So don't think you did something wrong because your "not" losing weight, it's just our little friend that stops by once a month to say hello.

i did horrible
I cheated today and it's only day two. Awwww how can I ever lose weight if I am going to keep cheating like this. I had a 10 piece nugget at Mcdonalds (where i work) along with my lunch I brought from home and a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream on top and a med mocha frappé
then I went to walmart and bought these lunchable pizzas and had three mini ones, Oh what was I thinking. Why did I do this. Give me some advice about how I can stop my eating habits.

Got enough Vitamin C
Your body needs vitamin C. I found out these halls defense sold at walmart have 100% vitamin C in every drop. They should be in the cough drop aisle. They can be used to clear your throat but also give you vitamin C. And yes it even says you can take it everyday with or without a sore throat. I am taking these drops every day and I already notice more energy in my body and my immune system is great.

Much harder for me
It's going to be hell trying to lose weight in my case. I work at Mcdonalds. A fast food place. It's going to be hard. I don't eat the burgers, but I do eat the chicken sandwiches and fries and the desserts. I gained more weight at my work than ever. I didn't see my weight until someone said something. Ouch, right? But I will keep trying to lose weight and make my body more healthier and happier, oh and look good for my husband.
