plateau on Induction and I am doing Insanity
Ok so I an not as frustrated today I have been using this scale for the past 2 weeks and it gives me little printouts of my body data.

Here is what I have done the past two weeks:
Fat% went down 3%
Fat Mass went down 9lbs
Estimated Hydration Level went up 2%
Total Body Water went up 4lbs

So I guess I am getting rid of fat and replacing it with water and muscle...

plateau on Induction and I am doing Insanity
It is crazy... I am basically consuming half the amount of calories I am burning with no results. There must be something wrong.
