I am a Mother of three boys.. I think I have battled my weight all my life.. I lost weight between pregnancies, and gained it back. Recently the doctor put me on a low calorie/ low fat diet. Don't expect to get back down to what I was in high school but need to get back to a healthier weight.

Would also like to have some buddies on here.. It is so much easier to keep going when you have a support group.. the doctor put me on a 1500 calorie diet. It was difficult at first but I think I am getting the hang of it now.
