I am 39 years old. I have 2 sons, ages: 10 and 12. When my youngest son was about 2 years old I was in a size 8. Since then I have ballooned to a size 16-18. I am NOT happy with that. I will be 40 in about 6 months and would love to be back to my normal size (size 10)before my birthday. I am following my own diet by counting calories. I allow myself 1200 calories a day and I try to walk, jog or ride my bike for at least an hour pretty much every day.
