I am just a gal that is out here trying to get control of her body once again. I never used to have so many difficulties, but when children came...that was that. I love my children. I have four all together. Two that I had, and then two I inherited when I married the best man in the world.
He has been ever so supportive of me from day one. No matter what, knowing that he thinks I am beautiful no matter what my size is a great relief...but I will get control once again. One day at a time.

I am 34 years old now, but the summer of 2009, I got to the point where I was at my largest weight of 210LBs. Over the next year I managed to lose about 65 LBs. I had a little slip up over the past holidays and let myself indulge and lose focus but I am back on target. My plan is not to diet, but to make a total life change.

my crazy diet!
Wow - don't know what to say, but hang in there. I cannot imagine how difficult. But I think trying the smoothies could be something. Or even variations of juicing. Is this something they believe to be a permanent condition. If so then my hope for you that with time, you will get to where you find what works and is accommodating for you. I have a co-worker who is now Gluten intolerant...so in some ways is going through similar problems. They might be able to get the food down, but they are so very limited. And even then there are at times cross contamination issues. If I can find anything useful I will try to send it your way. Sad
