hi my name is stephanie.
i am a 24 years old mom of 2 boys, jacob and eli, i have a wonderful husband, scott, who is in the navy and is actually in columbia until feburary.

i weighed 202 when i had my 1st son, after i had him i began exercising and dropped down to 175, then 3 months later i was pregnant with my 2nd son. i got up to 205 at time of his birth!! 1 month later i was at 180. i started exercising just 2 weeks after he was born. i got down to 169, and thats when i started the fat smash diet. by the end of the 9 days i lost 13 lbs. i was so excited. my initial goal was to get down to 150. i never thought i would get any lower. i continued exercising, taebo, and i stayed on the fs diet. now 9 months later i am down to 125!! i cant believe it. i feel great and i get alot of compliments. i have more confidence, and i cant wait for my hubby to get home so he can see how good i look ;) its been a long bumpy road but it was all worth it!

This time last year I was at 120 lbs. I had been eating right and exercising religiously. Now a year later I am 16 lbs heavier. I am still in a healthy weight range for my height, but I dont feel good about myself. My chunk hangs over my pants, lol. So I was thinking back, and I can remember being happy at about 127. Not too skinny, and my clothes fit great. So I decided to do the Fat Smash diet again. It should be easier this time around. I found some great veggie recipies that I love, and I actually like fruit now! Lets see if I can keep it off this time!
My family life is great! My hubby is very supportive, he went and bought me all kinds of food yesterday for my diet. My kids are getting big, my youngest turned 2 on the 8th of Jan. So as of now, both of my boys are 2 years old!! My other son turns 3 on the 22nd of jan.

Detox- just started
detox is rough, but if you stick with it, it will pay off in the end. i would say a good fruit salad, with oranges, apples, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and bananas. that always kicks my sweet cravings and fills you up!!

i would say cereal is a good snack for phase 2. im still on phase 1, and i cant wait until phase 2!!

Phase 2
ok say for breakfast you had 3 oz of halibut, then lunch you had 4 large shrimp, then at dinner you had 3 clams. they are servings allowed per day, and you can put them into any meal that you choose. you can have 6oz of yougart, 1 oz of cheese and 2.5 cups of milk per day. the cereal, you can have 1.5 cups of cold and .5 cups of hot per day.
