I love the sunshine! but I am way up here in Maine on the Canadaian border, where the moose and deer play, ice cream is real, and we have big potato farms! The air is so clean, my town, "The Way Life Used To Be", values, watermellon from my garden, baseball in the summer, fresh cut grass..ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hi,
Lost 10lbs since starting Atkins on 4/04/11, with 27# more to go. I had to start measuring my portions on oz. etc as my guess on portions was off. I bought an electronic digital scale from Walmart $20.00 and its helped me measure my portions. Also I have cut back on shakes & bars as I have one or the other each day now....just have to balance the "pie chart" to the correct percentages and I was told 60% fats, 30% protein, & 10% fats (corrrect me if I am wrong). Keep going, you are doing great, you are loosing the weight! Yea!

Hi, me again and I lost more weight! The dreaded .06 tenth of a pound did indeed come off- Oh, yee of little faith lol...I am sticking to the Atkins program as it does work for me. I am learning to read labels really good as I learned the Coffee-Mate I just poured into my coffee has sugar! Shock Yikes, I love flavored coffee so I have to figure out how to get my coconut flavor or another type without going over on my net carbs/other category. Any tips for me how to do this?
