On the right hand side of the site, click on my signature and click the box for "show ticker". You have to have your info public though, if it's set to "buddies only" it won't work.

here we go again
I really like this site so far. (joined a couple weeks ago) I wish speedy healing for your shoulder and return to activity, it will make losing a good bit easier. In the mean time though you can focus on fine tuning the nutrition portion of your healthy lifestyle.

Northern Indiana? 30's? losing 35-40? need a buddy?
I fit almost everything but the N. Indiana part, I'm in S. Michigan, close enough to complain about the cold weather.
I want to lose at least 50lbs(65 if I can manage it), so I guess I have a little farther to go as well.
