here we go again
I really like this site so far. (joined a couple weeks ago) I wish speedy healing for your shoulder and return to activity, it will make losing a good bit easier. In the mean time though you can focus on fine tuning the nutrition portion of your healthy lifestyle.

Northern Indiana? 30's? losing 35-40? need a buddy?
I fit almost everything but the N. Indiana part, I'm in S. Michigan, close enough to complain about the cold weather. Wink I want to lose at least 50lbs(65 if I can manage it), so I guess I have a little farther to go as well.
