Veggies! wow who would have thought. I added chyanne to some carrots and what a great football snack they are. ooo I am doing this more often.

The weekend is here and its always the worst time to think healthy. Days off, spending time with family and just being lazy wanting to go out to eat all weekend. I realize this is not healthy. Just last night I was so proud of ordering a 7oz steak with Veggies and no potatos! That would have never happened ever. I put some BBQ sauce on the Veggies and it was the best I have ever had. But Its time to bring food home. Its time to get active when I don't want to be. ITs time to do this right. No cheating. No fatterdays. Protine and Fiber all the way!

Ok... Any advise. I have really been watching what I eat.. I think. My cal have not been to bad, activity is high. I work my arms and legs between calls at work.. and there is time between calls so I get active during my 8 hr shift. But I can't loose a lb if someone paid me 50 bucks a lb. Really. So due tell. I put in all my food. I have not put all my exercise, but I been more active. Last night I did kill it with a nasty good Pie from Chili's. but seriouslly. even before that. What is going on.. HELP

Good morning all, Had a good couple days so far. Been really getting active indoors with my wife. we both have been really gitting it . Eating is Perfect and activity, well that can always be picked up a bit, but going well. Last Night Had a Intimate Workout I am sure it burned a lot of Kcals, and Fat grams, I bet stress too.
