Today I feel so much better. body achiness is gone, still a little stomach sick. But I realized now that I have made a plane of working out, just how much I miss it when it is gone. I on the good side of being sick I feel like I was able to clear out my system and start new. I feel like between water and Gatorade that it helped reset my syestem. I woke up craving healthy food which is good. I With fatSecret I am starting to learn about eating, its not just about losing body fat, its about eating the foods your body needs.

I got the stomach bug going around. I can't keep anything down at all. just yogurt so far But that makes me sick as well. time to load up on veggie.

Subway... Alright so I have stumbled on a Subway card, ok... we bought a Subway Card. We love Subway and to be honest can't get enough of it. I have heard that The Subway Diet is good and healthy. Were'as others have said that its not. Must of this info I have found online. looking at the Carbs for a day if eating only one Sub a day (which I only plan to do for 3-5 days only) The carbs seem avg for most meals but seems a little high on the fat, but I am not too sure. If anyone has input please let me know. I have started it. Feels good and healhy. but Just want to know what people think about Subway as a place to go rather then Taco Bell or othe fast foods. Thanks!

This week is getting so much better. Infact I feel so good about myself.
There is some fine tunning that I need to adjust, but this will come in time. I feel so good about myself now that I have gained muscel. I was even thinking of changing my goal weight. most sites say that I should be 165. However from what i am told that is not of someone that is planning on having more muscel mass then. so what I need to work on and find out is what fat % I should be at. So, I have some homework to do. Rock On all.
