bad bad bad. I have done crap. today instead of picking up my wife in the car. we will be walking home. downloaded a great Nike+ run app. so getting on this. Also starting the. operation Osmin diet. fish salad water. to reset our eating habbit.

Well last couple days have been great! Eating good, a little low on the Cals, but I am working that out so that I am not getting too much or too little. I we have come up with some great plans as far as exercise and eating now tha holidays have come to a end. That makes it so much better. We both gained. I gained more then expected, and I think once I gained the first 5, I got into the F it mode. So now its get real, log everything I eat and work out. Weight is not going to lose it self right!

This mnth killed me.... I completely just let myself go. BAD. Like I di not even want to weigh in... I have a feeling that this go round is going to be a lot more challanging. I Am getting back on track and going to hit this hard. Record everything befoe and after I eat. Make sure that nothing gets past my daily count. Any great Ideas anyone has to lose 7 lbs in 10 days. would be great. Seriously. I am open to any healthy ideas.
