This has been the worst I have been at following my goals and staying on track. With this new job and not having time to go to the FREE Gym I have made excusses not to go. ITS TIME TO GET STARTED AGAIN!

This last few weeks we have slacked off with out eating and keeping track. I really speak for myself when I say I went downhill fast. I started to get bothered because people would say that I am becoming anal, and also if I did have a bread or something fatty as a treat, I could not really enjoy it because of the comments I would get such as, oh, I thought you can't eat that, or are you giving up your eating plan. I was doing really well losing the small weight I wanted to and only 6 lbs away from my goal. Now its time to hit it hard becuase I am 13 lbs away. I have decided that its my body and my life, should people want to make remarks, well so be it. I know what I have to do and I am going to do it. as for others, I will support there way of Weight Loss eating and not listen or pay attn to the things people say about mine. I slacked and have abused the privlge of eating a small hand full of junk food once in a while. So, its time to hit it hard and and be honest with myself.
