Whey Protein - Any good for losing Fat?
Also, if you are using whey P. and you are a gal. You will tone up, but the fm body is not made to be Ripped, So, you will gain muscel, however it take more cal to nurish muscel then Fat. that is another way to look at it. The stronger you are, the more Cal you burn at rest.

Whey Protein - Any good for losing Fat?
Hello, my name is rpminto. I have used whey protin powders before many time. I find that they are great for a jump start on eating healthy, specially if you are not into eating in the mornings. Its a good way to get energy into your body and get your motab working for the day. However, I would not treat it like a meal replacement. What I do is after drinking one in the morning about 2 hrs later have a handful of some kind of trail mix, nuts or something along the lines of that. Then two hrs later you are ready for lunch. Samething two hrs after lunch handful of a snack then dinner, and a healthy snack . all in all I find using the whey protine helps. After I stopped this plan I saw my weight go up and platue out. So great reminder for me to go out and start again. . But use milk forsure, water will leave you hungry in mins and eating more then needed.
