Well back on track and better then ever. I miss logging all my food. Since my job move I have not logged on to track my food like I once use to. However I am making it a point again. Some new things tag has changed. My body weight is Almost right how I want it. My wife gave me a straight. Bar with 50 lbs of weight.. so I been Really hitting that heard. However problem. I find I was able to do more reps When I first got them 2 weeks ago. Now it seems I look stronger my mass in my harms are getting a lot more cut. But I can not curl as much as When I started. Wth.
So I am looking for any feed back. I jumped to 184 since my silence. Now I am back down. Mostly because of the weights. I found it's a great fat burner. My weight dropped so fast. But also I cut out Snickers and energy drinks. And I feel better. Sleep better and losing the fat faster. I want to be strong healthy and active.
