Hi! My name is Terry and I am 46 years old. I live in Bullhead City, Arizona. I live here with my husband,2 daughters (12 & 5), and my mother in law. I work fulltime, carry a full load at college and I am very active at church.

I have been struggleing with my weight and food most of my adult life since I was age 22. I wonder what is it going to take for me to finally get over my food addiction. I am on weight watchers now (again). I have an incredibly busy life style and we eat way too much fast food. I walk over 12000 steps a day but it doesn't seem to help much, I still weigh 250 pounds, wearing 18/20.

Its time for me to change, I am too old to keep on eating the way I have been, but I feel powerless to change. I had 3 good days and then I fall off. I don't believe I deserve to be thin and I think I may be afraid to lose weight. I am pre-diabetic and I need to take care of myself or else I will have diabeties. You would think this would motivate me to stick to a healthy eating plan and stay away from sugar but still I want to eat lots of sweets.

I need some buddies to help find the right path for me
