Hi everyone my name is Lisa...i am 30 (well on the 30th) yr old mother of 2 beautiful girls aged 3 and 7... i am a school bus driver...which i love to death...i have been over weight all my life and i was my heaviest at 280 in january of date i have lost 61 pounds...i have done the south beach diet and weight watchers and i believe that weight watchers is the way to go...the weekends are the worst for me i seem to "fall off the wagon" every looking to get to a reasonable goal of 175 andi know i can do it..feel free to add me as a buddy as i could use all the help i can get! It's my 30th birthday today and im feeling like a big bag of poop!
ok i pathetic to post my own birthday but today is my 30th and its a big deal for me...for some strange reason i see 30 as the number when i start having to "grow up" top it all off TOM isnt being very nice today and i might even have to make a trip to the hospital to make sure nothing is going wrong...having a tremendous amount of pain..almost as bad as being in labour...gonna take it real easy!

Need Help
i need some good ideas and some major motivation....
i do pretty good most of the time during the day but as soon as sun sets i want food....and i mean whatever i can get my hands on but mostly sweet stuff...TOM is coming very soon but its like this even on the other 3 weeks of the month...need some of your ideas that you have put into good use and a good swift kick in the pants to get me going...i have been exercising about 30 minutes of cardio 3 times awake and about 20 to 30 minutes of strength training ...just started this week but i am not giving up...if only my food addiction was under control...please help!!!

how many calories
hello everyone i am a little confused on how to track Walk Away the Pounds videos.. they are a moderate exercise for 30 min any ideas? thanks
