Craving chicken...
LOL thats great!! I sure know about what you are saying about craving the carbs... even tho my body becomes so sick from carbs, I crave it like anything.. but my body needs carbs from a disease that I have.. I am in a catch 22.. but the key is MODERATION.. I went on atkins and thats when I found out how sick I was.. but it is a wonderful diet.. I wish I could do it... good luck, you r doing awesome!

What do you drink?
I love to drink the "Crystle Lite" ice tea with lemon flavor and the peach and mango flavor... it does have splenda, but all 0's down the board.. it is a nice refreshing break from water Wink

What Diet should we use?
My daughter and I need to be on a lifetime diet and I am tracking her progress on here but I am doing it also. We have hereditary diseases, Syndrome X, Porphyria but need to also watch our carbs due to borderline diabetes. So we need low fat first then low carb, then low sugar. Which diet here is the best for this? Plus the dr said both of us should be on some kind of 1800 cal diet due to our slow metabolisms, both are over 50 lbs overweight, and the very high triglycerides are for both in the 500's and this is for our lives! Thanks so much for your help Wink Also, would love to have some friends here for her and me!!
