As you can see it was a weird (read:odd) dinner tonight; but it was all that I really had a hankering for and again I just felt the need for "fuel". I think it is the running on a full stomach that is just burning through the food too quickly and forcing my body to use more than it had planned. I'll have to experiment with that over the next few days and see what happens.

Went to dinner tonight for my daughter's 16th b-day .... and REALLY did well!! Nice job if I do say so myself!!

Well, today was kind of a heavy day for me, but I desperately needed some food in me. Had to force myself to eat, but my body seems happier with some fuel to burn now.
