OK, so
I passed my final PT test today
(YAY) and treated myself to some chicken McNuggets for lunch. Oh my!!! My body went into complete REVOLT over the grease in them - really bad. Yeah ...... as far as I am concerned, I will never, ever, ever, ever again waiver from this diet to go to the "dark side" for a treat. Wow, that was
really
painful.
Anyway, 21 pounds gone and 3.5 inches from my waist is history.
WOOHOO!
