Took the Mrs out to eat for lunch and well, it was NOT all I thought it would be. Oh well, I had a very small BLT that was well ... not great. But, at least the calories were relatively low (if I combined that for breakfast and lunch) and now we are back on track for the day.

Ran 13.5 miles this week ... lost another pound -- and we just continue pressing onward!!

OK, so I had some M&Ms today ... yeah, what about it? (LOL) Seriously, I needed something sweet cause I actually felt my sugar bottom out shortly after lunch and then the shakes began. Anyway, I gotta say that looking at the progress I could not be happier! Off to church and well -- getting ready for some more running tomorrow morning!!

I am just 2.2 pounds from my goal, but actually the original goal weight was 220 ... so I've already hit that one ... Woohoooooo! Perhaps I can shoot for 200 to be the NEW goal?
