Went to the doctor yesterday for a follow-up appt and he is really impressed at the progress I've made in losing weight. More than that though, he is really impressed that my cholesterol has gone down from a 208 to a 181. HDLs went up and LDLs went down and well ... it is a very good thing!!

Onward!!

It was a really tough week for me; especially being on the road and practically NOT being able to eat well. Oh well, I can live with a 2 pound increase cause THAT is coming off THIS week!! Bring it on!!

Traveling this week with barely an internet connection so have had to try to get all caught up today with the food log. It's been a pretty good week so far, lots of humidity in the air which adds to the sweat during workouts. :-)
