Hi i always have a doubt :

can women lift dumbbells ??

will it become bulky if i choose to stop doing one day ( probably when i reach my goal some day after 3 months ??) sure i will do exercise in treadmill and other but i may stop dumbbells..

please anyone answer me...

Do you lift weights
3 kg dumbells side stretch for less than 1 minute , both sides.

2 kg side lifting , turning around top of the head ...8 times each had

this i do every day ( since i started my work out session)
