33 years old with a lot to lose! This is something that I've been putting off for way to long, but have decided to make some changes that I pray will help me get my life on track.

My posted weight is just a benchmark as I am not comfortable with publishing my actual weight, but hopefully through this journey I will become a little more comfortable with the idea. For now, this is all I can do...which is a good start (I think)! Who knows, maybe by the time I make it to "125" goal, I will be ready to share with you what I really have left to lose! :)

I am excited to have found this site and I am looking forward to finding some buddies to share our ups and downs!

A Walking Challenge starts THIS Saturday
Hi guys! I just learned of a walking challenge that sounded pretty cool and wanted to share it with you! One of my twitter buddies is starting a 100 MILLION STEP walking challenge. I've posted the link below, but basically, it is a challenge to see if collectively we can all take 100 million steps during the month of May! I thought it would be a fun reason to get out there and walk a little.

I am relatively new to FS, but if there is a strong interest in creating an FS group to track our steps together, let me know...I have never done it before, but I am certainly willing to try and create a challenge so we can do this challenge as a team! Thoughts?

Excess Skin
Great article, Jen! Am I the only one thinking of creating my own miracle cream? Lanolin, Mustard Oil and Collagen cream...that would cut my time down a little! I'm with you Jen! Definitely going to try these out. Hopefully by doing them during weight loss, I can avoid surgery-- which I am not sure I could muster up the nerve to have.
