Hello all! I am a 20 year old female. I'm currently trying to drop my body fat down to 19%, which means strict discipline, however I love how my body looks when i can see the cuts. I want to be healthy, fast, and strong. I play rugby and do martial arts. Currently I am at 21% body fat ....which is just plain ridiculous from my perspective. Need to be a strong, efficient, effective, martial arts machine. Hitting the gym almost every morning to get where I need to be. Currently obsessed with different nutrition and different lifting techniques. Any critiques and comments are much appreciated.

Self Control and some blah blah
I agree with erika2633. I also have an extremely bad issue with eating at night but i have found that if i eat little heavier in the day that craving to eat at night goes away. Or i make sure a crap ton of water. Or i will actually let myself to indulge a BIT on whatever it is. Savor it and put it away. Also i have been going to bed earlier and that has helped a ton.

Focus
btw.............you dont gain muscle by working out you gain muscle by resting. You're overworking your body and i'm going to only guess you're not eating enough calories to fuel your body. Honestly what helped me is to switch from skim milk to whole milk and egg whites to whole eggs. Carbs are not bad and help with recovery. Carbs are not your enemy.

No grains? No problem!
Ah ok fair enough. I did carb free for a long time and grew to hate it. I realized my body needed more carbs. Granted i started doing some more cardio so thats why it was needed. I try to avoid sugar for my diet.
