can anyone here give me instructions on how to load several pictures at a time on here. i have a couple of pictures of me, my son and his fiance, and my daughter. i would love to show you guys.

I only lost a pound this week so I have 2 more to go to meet my goal weight. I did however, lose 2 inches overall this week. So I cant complain.

Ok...so I have 3 more weeks to lose 3 more lbs. So since March 25th, here are my total on weight reduction and inch reduction:
Begin weight: 248.5 Current weight(12/9/16): 143 Total lost: 105.5
Begin inches(total): 240 current(12/9/173 Total lost: 67
Weigh-in:

36.2 lb
still to go:
3.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Well guys, here i go again. My family is in need of prayers again. This time it is for my brother in law, Dave. His leukemia came out of remission about 2 months ago and he has now developed an infection and is in the hospital. His white blood count is 1 and it should be between 4.5 and 10.6. My sister didnt tell me how low his platelets are but she said they are low as well. The chemo has killed his bone marrow so his body isnt producing the white blood cells and platelets like it should to be able to fight the infection. So please keep Dave and Debra Castor in your prayers please.
