Good morning everyone,
It is FINALLY FRIDAY. I am SO looking forward to this weekend. I need some rest something awful. I only have 6 more weeks of school in this semester then i will have a couple of weeks off. My next semester classes are strictly on line so i wont be out so late at night. Thank the Lord. Anyway, you guys have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Well like last week, i dont know how i lost another 3.5lbs but i will take it. My measurements didnt change at all but that is ok. They will get there when its time.

I know its unusual for me to post twice in one day but this one is for the ladies on here. If the men have any suggestions, I will hear them too if you wish to comment.
I have lost 85.5lbs and my measurements are going down. However, there is one thing that I am not happy about. My girls have gotten smaller but they are also sagging really bad in my opinion. I have and/or are doing everything I know to try to firm them up but it does not seem to be helping. I would love any advise or exercises that would help me with this very unsightly problem. PLEASE HELP!!!

I decided today to finally boil the head of cabbage I bought last weekend. I had a craving per say for it. All I did was put water in a pot and put the cut-up cabbage in the water and boil it. No salt, bacon, or shortening. Just plain cabbage. When it was finished, i took one small piece to make sure it was cooked and it was good. I will drain the water off and put it in the frig to take a cup to work with me a couple of days this week. Just something different to eat with my regular menu.

I am one happy camper tonight. After gaining 2lbs last week, i recorded a loss of 9lbs for a net loss between the two weeks of 7lbs. Two of my measurements went down while the other remained the same. The ones i am really watching is my waist and hips. Both of which went down for a net loss of 2.5inches. So this lady is one happy camper!!!!!!
