Ok, I decided last night and this morning that today is my new starting point. I am back!!!!! I am getting back on track with my eating regimine and my exercise. I still wont be able to work my upper body much due to my shoulders still not right but thats ok, I will take it slow and easy and not push the weights as much. Hello world, the cold hearted Ice Queen has arrived...lol

Good morning to all,
I need advice this morning. Yesterday and today I have had the munchies and I dont know why. I cant seem to stop eating and not good food mind you. Right now my body is craving sweets. I dont like it. I dont know what to do. How do I stop it? Please give me some advice on this.

I am not going to recording a weigh in this week I will probably do a weigh in every two weeks for now. I am going to get back to my routine starting today and try to get in the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week if not more, just depends on how my school goes when the semester starts back.

well the holidays are finally over. I am so glad to get those days behind me for a few reasons so now its time to get back to my routine. I did splurge over this holiday weekend more than the Christmas weekend. Not sure how hard it is going to be to get the few extra pounds that I gained off to get back to or below my goal weight. At least I know Friday when I weighed in I hit my goal weight. But workout and regime here I come.
