New mother!
I was also one of those mothers who did not lose a single kilo while breastfeeding,so started trying to lose it by restricting what foods i ate.I thought i was getting enough,,, but then my milk started to fall away rapidly, and bubby started to lose weight, and fail to thrive badly. I then had to get supliments and medication to keep my milk up as he was highly allergic to dairy, so needed my milk to survive. Making sure you get enough calories is soooo important,, as i was not getting anywhere near enough,, and my body went into starvation mode, where it stored the fats I was getting, and started to fail to make milk. Luckily i was told where i was going wrong before breastfeeding failed altogether. Look in the mirror and be proud of yourself!! your body is what has given your baby life,, and as the saying goes "mother is the word for god on the lips of children",,, you are the whole world to that little baby, so go easy on yourself and just eat healthily,,, and enjoy being a mum
