Easy low calorie lunches
Woolworths select soup in winter, they taste great and are only aroun 110 - 120 calories if you pick the Ruhr ones. Also try salad and tuna or Philly. I also just do steamed veggies with low fat cheese. All reallybfilling and lowmin calories

Cannot stop this overeating bad habit...
I haven't read all of the comments, but the flavor of off again on again is really clear. I too have gone through this. I decided to change my thinking. I decided to change my eating habits as opposed to going on a diet and I decided to let the weight come off slowly, so August has been a really bad month for me and if I lose .5 of a kilo I will be pleased. I guess it's about resetting your goals and changing how and what you think about what you eat. Hope it helps a little,
