Haven't felt well this week and, as a result, have eaten poorly. Unfortunately the scales are reflecting that. Made up my mind that I am ready to get this back under control. Meals planned for the week and walking daily. Hope y'all have a wonderful week!!

A good loss this week. Still don't know the cause of the pain since the hida scan said my gallbladder is fine. Gotta' go to a gastroenterologist next week. SOMETHING isn't right or I wouldn't have so much discomfort, but I'm back on my program and hoping that I find something out soon. Been gaining and losing this same couple of pounds for a few weeks now and it's time to take it to the next level! Thanks for all your support and prayers! Have an awesome week!

I have been backsliding because of the pain in my chest. The things that do not make my chest and stomach hurt are definitely NOT dieting foods. Pfft! I am hoping to hear something today from the hida scan I had last week and have decided, chest pain or not, I'm going to eat healthier this week. In general, I feel better eating the healthy items, chest pain be d***ed!

This has been an especially tough week for me because I am having gall bladder problems ... at least, we've ruled out everything else. The pain is severe and when I do eat, it's been bland things like chicken ramen noodles, cottage cheese, yogurt, mashed potatoes, etc. NOTHING takes the pain completely away, but I'm hoping the doctor calls today with an appt for me to see a surgeon and take this flippin' thing OUT! I'm cranky, hungry for some real food and exhausted from not resting. I'm actually thankful I only gained what I did. Hoping for a better week for myself and an extremely wonderful week for all of you!

No changes today ... I am officially accepting that this is a plateau since I've been hovering around this weight for weeks. Guess I need to shake up my menus and increase my activity. Even do, I am thrilled with the almost 30 lbs I've lost so far and will keep on.
Hope all of you had a wonderful Easter holiday with loved ones! Keep looking up!
