Plateau ... again ... fun.

Walked every day and , finally, got back to 5 miles on Friday. Looking forward to continued success this week. Eating healthy and low cal, low fat. Happy first day of Summer to all! Hugs!

This little gain doesn't surprise me. I am eating again, but haven't started back to to my 5 miles a day walking. I'm going to do some today and hope to be at full speed ahead by this time next week. Pneumonia really took the wind out of my sails!! Have a great week everyone! Find something to be grateful for every day!!

I haven't been "doing" my diet and exercise because I've been sick and am just now getting some stamina back. Nothing has really tasted good for more than 3 weeks, so I've eaten what did: bean burritos [bland with only beans and cheese on a tortilla], Coca-Cola, PB&J, egg McMuffins [this week] ... not really much. I ordered a pizza last weekend and threw it away because it tasted bad to me. Yesterday, however, I had a 6" Turkey & Ham sub with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and ranch dressing from Subway. For a mere 290 calories, it tasted wonderful!! REAL food. I had a bowl of cereal last night for dinner ... again ... wonderful! This morning is the first time in three weeks I had a cup of coffee ... OMG! Soooo good ... I have missed this!!! I think I'm almost completely back! Monday I start walking again at the indoor track. Thanks for your good wishes! Hope your week has been good! Onward and downward!!!

I have been in the hospital with pneumonia this past week and have not walked or watched every bite I put into my mouth. I have pretty much eaten whatever tasted good, which wasn't much of anything: bean burritos, PB&J sandwiches, an occasional Coca-Cola [which I
only
want or like when I'm sick], deli ham and cheese sticks ... nothing really "diet-like". As a result I am surprised at my small loss, but thankful!
