Had a guest visit this weekend and managed to continue on my program reasonably well ... even eating out with friends! Looks like getting down into that next set of 10's is a big challenge for me between the gaining and losing of the same 4 lbs in the past weeks. However, this small loss is a LOSS, baby, and 2 losses in a row gives me hope. I'm thrilled! Have a terrific week, Buddies, and keep on keepin' on!!!

I think I may have taken care of my "craving" issue. I have been fussing with some food cravings for a couple of weeks now and remembered that sometimes you just have to eat what you're craving to move forward. So, for lunch yesterday, my friend and I ordered a pizza and I had my 3 pieces. I was very full because I have been eating smaller servings of everything, but the interesting part was when I finished. I was sitting at my desk and thought to myself that I really wanted a good salad -- you know, one of those with a delightful variety of veggies and a light vinaigrette dressing. I'm back! I know that I will probably show this tumble on the the scales on Monday morning, but I'm starting my Saturday with a great attitude and determination. Hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day!!

I'm stuck! I had a wee gain last week, but I think it's because I need to shake up my program with some new offerings. I'm bored with what I'm eating. My conscious state tells me I want foods that I haven't been eating, but when it gets down to going ahead and eating them, I change my mind and have something from my program. What is strange about all this is I know I can eat anything I want on my program, just need to be careful with portion sizes and occasionally make lower-calorie substitutions in the recipes. It's a head thing! I read all of your posts because they are helpful to remind me that I am not the only person having some of these issues. I commit: Onward and downward!!
