I think I may have taken care of my "craving" issue. I have been fussing with some food cravings for a couple of weeks now and remembered that sometimes you just have to eat what you're craving to move forward. So, for lunch yesterday, my friend and I ordered a pizza and I had my 3 pieces. I was very full because I have been eating smaller servings of everything, but the interesting part was when I finished. I was sitting at my desk and thought to myself that I really wanted a good salad -- you know, one of those with a delightful variety of veggies and a light vinaigrette dressing. I'm back! I know that I will probably show this tumble on the the scales on Monday morning, but I'm starting my Saturday with a great attitude and determination.
