Feeling more positive today. Kicked butt last night doing a Biggest Loser Cardio dvd. Suprisingly, I can do that workout so much better after just 5 weeks! I didn't alter the routine because I was overwhelmed, which I was proud of:) I may not be losing a lot of weight yet, but my endurance is improving

I've been sick the last few days, so I didn't kick butt at the gym like I usually would have...I
did
have an interesting revelation though. Fatty foods that I used to love eating, don't give me a good feeling afterwards. I broke down and ordering chinese carry-out and stuffed myself. Whoa, was that a
bad
idea! It's been a good couple months since I've eaten food like that, and I was left feeling sick to my stomach & have had a good headache now for a couple hours. Well, even though I made a bad food choice tonight, at least my body is telling me what it needs &
doesn't
need. I think that with more time & healthy habits like routine workouts & better food, I won't crave those fatty foods anymore. That's the HOPE anyways!

I've had a definite lack of motivation the last couple days. Both in exercise & eating healthy. I'm trying to "get back on the horse" so to speak, so I can keep up some kind of positive progress. Just got back to the gym today after taking a day off. Felt good to get moving again, but I wasn't in the "zone" like I used to be. I'm hoping my drive comes back soon, because even though I'm not losing as much weight as I'd like, I'm feeling better every day and my clothes are feeling loose:)
