I've really "fallen off the wagon" lately as far as my exercise & diet are concerned. Ever since I went on vacation at the end of July, my motivation has lagged. But I'm heading back into the gym bit by bit & I've begun taking an all-natural weight loss supplement of green coffee bean extract. I'm hoping that will help me a bit more, and maybe if I see the difference on the scale, my motivation will get a boost too!

Ewww, just ate some Little Caesars pizza & I feel so
greasy
! I don't feel like working out at all, but after eating that horrible stuff, I've GOT TO DO IT!!! So, here I go...slowly:)
