I'm super-frustrated right now! I was so good this week, except for the 4th of July. I may have celebrated a bit too much...but I worked out extra this week, sometimes even 2 hours a day! And what does the scale say: I've gained 2 lbs. What!?! 2 freaking pounds!

still to go: 0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I'm trying to avoid the scale right now. Getting on it every day is making me crazy with all the yo-yo-ing that it's showing! I'm thinking I should just focus on my calories & exercise to save my sanity...

Feeling strong today! Surprisingly, I find that each day I want to go workout at the gym more & more!

Finally...progress!!! I've been exercising for almost a month, 5x a week & the scale has moved at last! I'm down almost 4 lbs. Yippee!!! This is EXACTLY the boost I've needed to continue my new healthy journey:)

Today I'm feeling defeated. I was doing great until dinner. Why did I agree to order Pizza Hut? Because it's fast & easy I guess. But I knew it was a bad idea before I even picked up the phone! I'm so frustrated with my bad habits & how difficult I'm finding it to break them...
