I've really "fallen off the wagon" lately as far as my exercise & diet are concerned. Ever since I went on vacation at the end of July, my motivation has lagged. But I'm heading back into the gym bit by bit & I've begun taking an all-natural weight loss supplement of green coffee bean extract. I'm hoping that will help me a bit more, and maybe if I see the difference on the scale, my motivation will get a boost too!
