Did better this week. Started drinking room temperature water instead of cold water from the fridge...supposedly better for one's system. Biggest downfall were the sweet potato chips that we bought at Costco last week. I do ok until my wife brings out a bowl of them...and then I just have to eat them...or at least 7 of them (half a portion)... wanted to make some coconut fat bombs last week...got all the ingredients but anxiety overcame me with not knowing exactly how to do it. Guess I will try again this week. Didn't do too well with exercising though I did get some resistance bands to use. Have a great week e1...

Didn't watch my carbs this week. Was out of ketosis. Did splurge on some foods that I liked...sweet potatoes, sushi, lo carb ice cream with some dark chocolate nibs, sautéed onions... Still stayed within my calorie limits though.

Pleased with my diet...always think that I am eating too much, but try to stay within my macros. Cheat Day today...wanted to eat a whole Costco pumpkin pie, but fortunately don't have one readily available...so settled for some instant oatmeal and oh, that was so good! Don't really have any specific cravings...probably will have a sandwich with some Ezekiel bread...and pizza...and any sweets I can find in the freezer...;)

Modified my supplement meal drink mix by increasing amount of ground pepper from a dash to 1/4 tsp to up the amount of peperine to aid in absorption of turmeric, added my greens powder to the mix cause it actually tastes pretty good in it, changed a mislabeling from cocoa to cacoa (my bad), and added 2 tspn of heavy cream to increase my diet fat ratio to maintain keto as well as helping in absorption of turmeric. Also, included but not in menu items are 1/2 tsp of both glucosamine and MSM. Thought they might ruin the taste but although a touch more earthy tasting, still overall tasty.

My best guess for the large blip in my last weigh-in was that there was still a lot of food in my intestines...
