Changed my goal weight to give me an intermediate goal, instead of eating the elephant in one bite.
Also started tracking net carbs cause I couldn't see how I was getting more carbs from my supplements than my cup of almond milk. I am assuming the net carbs subtract out the fiber carbs which are non digestible which now makes the carb figure more reasonable.

FAST DAY!! Had to eat an egg though in order to take my meds. Hated doing it but would hate getting nauseated even more...

Did my high intensity workout (normally between 25-30 min) at 75% max heart rate 120 (max is 160 for a 60 year old).

Went to our favorite Indian buffet...and it was good! But how to accurately record what I had to eat...I don't even know some of the things I ate, so I winged it as best I could. Definitely went over on everything but it was cheat day... We were going to go for ice cream but were too stuffed!
