Went on mini vacation for 3 days. Ate 3 big meals...and it obviously shows. Really disappointed. Thought I could control my food selection, and actually thought I would, at worst, maintain the same weight. Will do a fast day today to get back on track. Still don't understand how I could gain 5 pounds in 3 days...to me, I would think that I would have had to eat like 24/7 each day to gain that much...

Cheat Day!! Time to reset the metabolism... Looking forward to some sweet potato fries and a real hamburger and maybe a shake at Red Robins. Then tonight, going to prepare a batch of cream of wheat, with lots of butter... Already started with breakfast of a croissant with batter and homemade strawberry-kiwi preserves...my insides are tingling!! Of course, taking a side trip to Costco to stock up on my diet staples...:)

Have a hard time getting my daily fat percentage higher. Will probably start adding some coconut oil to my meals. Already tweaked my supplement cocktail by adding a ts of coconut oil.
