Yesterday, I ate when I was hungry, and was careful to stop when I was satified(not as easy at it sounds!). For lunch we went to Jonny Carino's Italian restaurant and I ordered LASAGNA!! Very rich and cheesy. I ate it slowly, pausing between bites, and tasting every mouthful. It was very delicious. I ate about a quarter of it and I was satisfied. I was very surprised to find I did not want to keep eating to the point of fullness. I was able to take the rest home and brandon ate the rest(and said he was STUFFED!! LOL) The scale was down a little this morning so I am happy.
I am going to a birthday party today(one thing after another!) and I am not going to stress about it. If I am hungry I will eat, and if not, no one will talk me into it. I won't eat anything I do not truly want, and I will not eat past the point of being satisfied.
One day at a time..wish me luck! :)
P.S. I left three or four bites of my breakfast this morning too! It's not something I'm used to, but it's crazy how often I was continuing to eat when I was already satisfied!!

I swear I don't know how my pants still fit!! The scale said 124 today, lovely. Forget recording it though..no more zigzaging on the chart, enough is enough! I'm a little nervous bacause I am going to be eating out today, I am going shopping for clothes today. Now is the moment I regret the last couple of weeks. Oh well, maybe some new clothes will give me the confidence boost I need to get back in the right mindset and feel better about myself. Yeah, I'm still not a size two, but I'm not a size 9 either, which is where I started. I am worried about finding what size I am, though it shouldn't bother me if sizes vary. I am such a mental case. I hate buying even a size bigger than what I feel I should be in. But I definitley need to wear real clothes every day, even when I don't go anywhere, not baggy shorts that are falling off. Wearing decent clothes makes me want to stay on track too sometimes.
Some things I have thought of to help me destress OTHER THAN MUNCHING: dancing, taking a nap if I need it, take deep breaths, do a yoga move or stretch, march around the house if I can't get out. I wish I could think of some more.
