I am Dee, and my goal is is lost 35-40 lbs. Weight Watchers and Medifast together worked for me in 1995/1996. I hope to try one of these this year; I can't afford both because I have gym membership. I plan to exercise 4-5 days a week.

Looking for a buddy!
I'll be your buddy. I'm 54, not a vegetarian, but need to lose 40-50 lbs. On dec. 13, 2009, I made a commitment to walk everyday for a year. I've not missed a day yet, and I've lost 11 lbs.
