Today is a new day. Phase 2 starts today. My goal is 178 pounds. This might be a strech goal. Not sure. I think that I would be happy with the mid-180's, we will have to see. I want to continue to feel better and look better. In all honesty, I feel much better today than I did a year ago. A year ago, I was 243 pounds. So, I have lost 26 pounds so far. That is great. I don't want to lose sight of that. I am going on my girls weekend in 5 weeks and 2 days. My first intermediate goal is to lose 10-15 pounds by girls weekend. That would put me between 202 and 207 for girls weekend! Wow, it really is doable. In all honesty, I have not weighed that since I was a senior in college in 1988, 24 years ago. I am so excited :)
