I am a certified personal trainer out of Largo, Florida. I want to lose 13 lbs while maintaining my muscle. At 138 lbs I do not feel big but I want to lean out just a bit and get a little more definition. Nutrition is my downfall when it comes to leaning out. I want to clean up the kitchen to get my results.
