I have never been overweight, but also never have been comfortable with my body.

I guess my recent 31st b-day (Aug 6th,2018) made me finally say to myself that i need to make a change for a better life.

So here I am - KETO start 8.13.18 at 150 lbs (67.8 kg)
Sipped, so new KETO start 1.28.19 at 150 lbs again ...
Sliped again, re-starting 1.19.20 at 150 lbs again!!
Slipped for a while - 8.23.20 - 155 lbs (70.5 kg)
