Hi all. I quit smoking about 8 years ago and quickly put on weight. 2014 I had a partial hysterectomy and then my gallbladder removed. At one point I became 45 lbs heavier than I would like to be. Today I am at 150. I am 5'2" and would like to get down to the 120's again. I started Atkins 5/16 at 158 lbs. I am finding it fairly easy to follow with positive results.
6/2018 update. I have switched to Keto.

Avocado in Induction?

Avocado in Induction?
Yes I have been keeping track. I went from Atkins 1972 to Atkins 20. It really slowed things down for me. Went back to 1972 2 days ago and the scale is heading down again. Avocados can wait until I decide I have had enough of induction. Smile

Avocado in Induction?
I was losing weight pretty steadily until I added Avocados. I read the fats were good and it is high in fiber. Anyone else find this to happen??
