Well, I am down another lb! I am very determined now! I am almost into the 230's! That's great! I am a little worried though...we are going to eat Outback-my FAVORITE restaurant- Sunday for my mom's birthday........I love their bread & Aussie cheese fries. I think I may have to have just a small amount of both & then eat my steak, grilled shrimp & salad. I hope that it won't hurt me too bad??
I have a busy day today....I am going to have breakfast in a moment & for lunch probably shrimp or a salad..I'll be in town most of the day.

Well, after my salad w/sliced steak mixed in...I AM STUFFED! I am going to eat a few pieces of sf lc choc candies= 1nc :-)

Another good day so far. I really have not been very hungry. I have had to make myself eat.
breakfast/lunch: @ 11am my low carb pizza 9nc
snack: 6 slices os BBQ chicken deli shaved lunch meat 2nc
dinner: salad w/left over grilled steak sliced up 4nc
dessert:?? maybe sf choc or sf choc pudding?? i'll have to ck out the nc in the pudding first!
I just didnt feel like working out today. I think I'll get upp early in the am to go to the gym. Maybe that will fuel me allday...I have an extremely busy day tomorrow.

I di well again today! Go Me! LOL I went to get my hair highlighted today...major esteem booster!Anyway...here's my menu:
Breakfast: 3 sausage chs balls 0nc, 2 hard boiled eggs 1.2nc
Lunch: slimfast Lc shake 2nc
snack: 6 slices of BBQ Oscar mayer deli shaved lunch meat 2nc
dinner: Ny strip steak 0nc, salad 2.5
dessert-trying to avoid my "snacking" craving I am having right now- 3 pieces os sf choc 1nc
LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!
Total 8.7nc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FYI: the block chs that I buy has 0c...my slice chs has 0c also.
I plan on going to gym tomorrow to do weights & pilates.

Oh! I am so drained! I hope I get some energy soon! My sisterinlaw, whom has done Atkins forever, says that the first few days getting off the sugar/carbs drains you...but then you feel great! Hope its true!
I took a pilates class this morning & did 2 sets of full body weights.
breakfst: 1 egg deviled(.6nc), 3 of my sausage/chs balls(0nc)
lunch: shrimp/steak/chicken fajitas-no tortillas (0nc??)
snack: 3 sf choc turtles(1nc)
dinner: salad(2nc for salad dressing)
So far:3.6nc?? WOW! I have also drank nothing but WATER allday! I feel like O am floating HEHE! LOL
maybe I'll see a change in numbers soon...
