Hey everybody! So far...so good! I did great on my pts yesterday...even had 7 daily pts to spare which incl. 3 exercise pts!
Today I did great also:
breakfast: WW brkfst quesadilla(4)
lunch: Lean cuisine pizza(6)
snack: 100 cal pk(2)
dinner: lean cuisine swed. mtballs(6) YUM!!!!!, 1/2c peas(1), 1/2c carrots(0),2 slices of buttered bread :-( (only 3), 1c sweet tea(2)
dessert: 2 fun size milky way bars(3)
snack: 100 cal pk(2)
Going to bed with 3 daily pts to spare & all of my flex pts.

Well..I think its time I return to WW. I have lost from 261 on 7/4/08...down to 243 current. I have not exercised or followed a diet plan for a few weeks. I have been very stressed. Anyway, I think I should return now! I plan to restart WW in the am & start going back to the gym in the am also. I am also going to start taking my Adipex that my Dr prescribed to me to help w/the snacking I have during the day...FYI..I am a stay hm mom & when I get bored I turn to snacking! Sound familiar to anyone?? LOL

OMG. I feel like CRAP! I think it is a combo of the following:
no exercise for 2wks, lots of sugar foods & fair food, severe headache, & being around cigarette smoke last night @ the fair....I get very nauseated around cigarette smoke.
Anyway...now I officially feel HORRIBLE!
