What was the 'lightbulb moment' that made you realize you needed to lose weight?
My light bulb moment came when I was helping my 12 year old practice for soccer and I was out of breath within 5-10 minutes. She is my last child and I do not want to miss out on anything before she is grown up and gone. I am down 30 pounds and I can last a lot longer than 5 minutes now.
