I decided to slice the chicken into "strips" to trick myself into thinking I ate more than I did. The first strip was ok...but by the time I got to the last one I was forcing myself to eat it. My husband really enjoyed it, but I don't think that I'll be making it unless there is no other choice.

My husband and I did not like the taste at all. We had to scrape off the seasonings, oatmeal and mustard to finish the chicken.

More breading maybe? Wasn't crunchy for me either.
