My name is Katie, I'm 20 and I live in Southeastern Oklahoma, And I've been married for 2 years now to the most amazing man in the world, Adam. :D

I was always just a little thicker than everyone else, not chubby, yet not skinny either, until around the time I turned 12 or 13.. And in 7-8 years, I've gained 160 pounds, and am now at 300lbs.
I think the worst part of my daily diet was that there wasn't one. Some days I would only eat 600 calories, then the next, 2500. I used to be very active, but getting married, and working full-time has taken away most of my free time. ( which I know now, is no excuse ) :P

People have always told me " You have such a beautiful face, Katie. If you were just smaller, you would be so gorgeous "

I tried so many diets before because I was tired of getting the "if you would only" compliments. I would lose 15... or 20 pounds or so. But I never stuck with anything.

But this time, I'm doing this for me. not because I want someone else to approve of me completely. but because I deserve to be happy with myself, and my appearance.

Mini goal: Lose 20lbs --- ACCOMPLISHED ON 9/20/2010
Mini goal: Fit back into my fav jeans!--- ACCOMPLISHED Aprx. NOV 1st
Mini goal: Lose 40lbs by New Years 2011 --- DONE! 12/27/2010 JUST IN TIME!
Mini goal: Lose 75lbs by My 21st Bday(7/11/11)
Mini goal: Lose 100 lbs by My husbands birthday (11/18/2011)
Final ( if I'm satisfied ) To weigh 180lbs. which means a 120lb loss!- ( hopefully by Christmas 2011 )

Sexual activity- Does it count as exercise?
LOL! Ive thought about this too! lol I found a good "calories burned " calculator. It has more options than Fatsecret does, that incluides a sexual intercourse option. Smile Right --> Here

What's You New Year's Resolution for 2011?
My new "Life" resolution started back in August, and I'm just planning on going continuing my changes, but I need to drink more water, and as Rroseselavy said, I need to congratulate myself for my success so far!
